Warsan Mandi Restaurant is a straightforward spot tucked into Dubai International City's CBD area that caters mainly to those craving authentic Yemeni and broader Middle Eastern flavors, especially mandi and madfoon dishes. The restaurant leans into hearty, traditional fare like Mutton Madfoon, Chicken Kabsa, and a range of soups and salads, spotlighting rich, spiced rice dishes that anchor the meal.

The dining atmosphere here is functional rather than fancy—seating can feel limited during peak times, so it’s wise to come early or book ahead if you’re in a group. The place operates 24/7, making it an accessible option for late-night cravings or casual meals at odd hours. Service is friendly but can sometimes be a bit unhurried or hesitant when it comes to detailed menu explanations, so patience helps.

One distinct pattern is the consistent portion size: servings come generous enough to share or leave you comfortably full. The experience often starts with a warm, comforting soup and simple salad before arriving at the main dish—typically mandi or madfoon with richly spiced rice. Some diners note the rice can occasionally be on the oily side, but the overall balance of spices and meat quality tends to satisfy those seeking traditional tastes.

Local regulars and visitors who appreciate authentic Yemeni food, like mandi and zurobian, tend to favor Warsan Mandi for its reliable flavors and comforting meal structure. The spot is less about ambiance and more about delivering on the food itself. The nearby Dubai International City setting means it’s well-positioned for residents or workers in the area looking for a robust meal without venturing far.

While the interior might come off as utilitarian, the menu’s offerings, including specialties like Kunafa Cream for dessert and spicy chicken or fish fillets, provide a fulfilling experience for those who prioritize food authenticity over decor. Drinks are simple — standard soft drinks and mineral water — keeping things uncomplicated and focused on the meal.

In short, Warsan Mandi Restaurant suits those who want a sizable, authentic Yemeni meal with traditional warmth. It’s particularly good for quiet dinners or late-night hunger pangs when other places may be closed, and for anyone who values food that delivers cultural familiarity in Dubai’s bustling International City.

I tried the mandi here, and overall the food was excellent. The flavors were really tasty, though I found the rice a bit too oily. Despite that, the taste was still good. The service, however, wasn’t the best—it was a bit difficult to get clear explanations when asking for something. The place itself was just okay, not very impressive. But in the end, the highlight was definitely the food, which was great.

The portion was good and like all mandi houses they hand full platter. Starting off with soup. Salad. And mandi with addition rice. Follow up with dessert, sweet bowls and minty tea. Nice place to come. Are we friends? But the only thing is the sitting idiots a bit limited, you might need to book it in advance. Plus it is 24/7

Had a mutton zurbian from here — the food was amazing! The staff were a bit slow, and I had to remind them to bring cutlery and plates, but overall it’s a great place.

Warsan Mandi Restaurant is my go-to place for delicious mandi, and their madfi is simply outstanding. The quality of the ingredients and the rich flavors make every bite enjoyable. Whether I order delivery or dine in, the taste remains consistently top-notch. I've eaten there multiple times, and each visit reinforces why I keep coming back. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality mandi in Dubai, this place is a must-try!

The Chicken Mandi was outstanding, tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, literally melting with every bite. Everything tasted fresh and clean, and the quality was excellent. We especially enjoyed ordering it with Kabsa rice and extra spicy tomato chutney salsa, which added the perfect kick. A truly satisfying mealHighly recommended.

Overall, I’d say Mandi Man serves one of the best chicken mandis in Dubai — flavorful food, fast and friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Arabic cuisine or just wants a satisfying meal with friends and family.
